Responsibilities:

• Take clients on tours through different homes and attend home inspections.
• Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up.
• Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria.
• Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Conduct open houses when needed to generate new buyer leads.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, door knocking, sending mailers, attending team home buyer seminars, etc.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE IN 45 DAYS.
• Proven working experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Computer or Laptop.
